The Irwin 54 provides the proud proprietor with the ability to personalize their yacht to their own individual tastes. Beginning with a striking body design available in sloop or ketch rig, the 54 is engineered to sail with effortless grace and velocity. The sleek deck boasts a roomy walk-in cockpit for entertaining and sail handling. A roller furling headstay; an electrically-operated, folding swim / dive floor in the transom; and fiberglass rear rail seats are but a few of the many attractive basic special. Belowdecks, the tasteful use of color-coordinated micas and richly varnished teak create a feeling of warmth and roomyness. The opulent main living room is elegantly appointed with two handsome L-shaped settees, an elaborate and sophisticated direction station, liquor lockers, and a breakfast pub with a swiveling captain’s seat. The galley is a gourmet’s dream with a generous heads of space for food preparation and stowage. The dining living room comfortably accommodates six to eight guests. Depending on the proprietor’s needs a two three or four stateroom configuration is available.
